By creating an account, browsing, enrolling in courses, or utilizing any services provided by Akademiat ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account on Akademiat:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Account sharing or transferring course access to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Course Enrolments & Payments

Access to paid courses is granted upon successful payment processing through our supported payment gateways (including Stripe, PesePay, and mobile money). Prices are displayed in USD or local currency equivalent. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active enrolments.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All materials, including video lessons, text materials, attachments, audio, software, graphics, and course content on Akademiat are the exclusive property of Akademiat or its content creators.

Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Downloading, recording, redistributing, or re-selling course materials is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with platform operations, compromises security, or harasses instructors or other students. Akademiat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating community standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akademiat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
